School's Crappening Again

Despite my rather negative outlook on life this year, it actually appears that this school term will be quite enjoyable. Although I'm taking rather difficult classes, the profs actually seem like decent human beings who actually know how to teach and care about teaching. This semester I lucked out. Only two Chinese profs.

This year's all star lineup includes:

  • Abstract Algebra

  • Physics I

  • Elementary Number Theory

  • Microeconomics

  • Computer Programming

Very fun, I know. So far, I'm digging number theory. It's esoteric math that used to not have any applicable purpose. Nowadays, it plays a huge role in encryption.

My parents are out of town this week, so it's up to Capt. Veeter and his '95 Corolla to drive his younger brothers to high school every day at 7:00 AM. This pisses me off b/c my classes don't start till 9:30 at the earliest, and one of my bros is a senior without a driver's license. He could be driving and I could be sleeping. Not to mention I've been having to feed these imbeciles for the week also. Boo! Whatever, though. This weekend will more than make up for this week's pain and suffering. Going to Union Pier where my buddie rented a cabin. Come Friday, it's non-stop partying until Labor Day!
