Let it snow

Well this weekend the first winter snows fell. I looked outside my window and saw that the roof was covered in a three inch thick white blanket of wetness. Instantly my mind shot back to April 24, 2005. This was my last day of finals. My exam was at 8:30 AM so I woke up early to beat traffic and get to school on time. My jaw dropped as I opened the front door.
My neighbor's tree got taken out by the foot of snow that fell overnight. There was no way my '95 Corolla could trudge through the foot of snow that sat on my driveway, so I quickly grabbed a shovel and began digging my way to my last final and freedom. After about 20 minutes of hard labor, I was done.
I don't even remember what my exam was about. I was completely dumbfounded that I had to shovel myself out of my house on APRIL 25!!!!!. Cleveland is famous for its messed up weather, but a blizzard practically in May I never thought I'd see. I like winter and snow, but this past winter was just too much.
